How to listen to the tour
One format for the whole order. Devices are handed out at the entrance and collected at the exit, with no deposit or documents; if there are not enough for the whole order, the site will suggest another format.

Citizenship is checked at the entrance. If the ticket does not match, it will not work and the money will not be refunded.

Why does the price depend on citizenship

What happens if the citizenship on the ticket does not match
The turnstile will not open, and the money for such a ticket is not refunded. You can pay the difference at the ticket office by the entrance.
Can I give my ticket to someone else
No. The ticket is personal and linked to the buyer’s face: at the turnstile, a camera compares the face with the one confirmed at purchase.
If I am late for the session

What language is the tour in
One language for the whole order. Citizens of Uzbekistan can choose Uzbek or Russian, foreign nationals — Russian or English. If your party includes both, the tour is in the language common to everyone — Russian.
What you cannot bring in
Large bags and backpacks go to the cloakroom. Food, drinks and sharp objects are not allowed. Flash photography and tripods — only by prior arrangement.
Accessibility
All halls are wheelchair accessible, and there is a lift and a ramp at the entrance. The companion of a person with a disability enters free of charge.
